How to use Scotchgard™ OXY Spot & Stain Remover for Pets

1. Shake and spray
Wipe up as much of the stain as possible. Shake well. Thoroughly spray the area with Scotchgard™ OXY.

2. WaitAllow to penetrate for 5 minutes.

3. BlotBlot or lightly rub with a clean, colorfast sponge or cloth. Repeat steps 1 – 3 as necessary. Stay off cleaned area until dry.

4. Protect
Scotchgard™ Protector starts working immediately to protect against future stains!

In general, Scotchgard™ OXY Spot & Stain Remover for Carpet & Fabric can be used on most carpets and fabrics, including wool, polyester, polypropylene, nylon, cotton, and acrylic. If in doubt, test a small, out-of-the-way spot first to make sure your carpet will stay colorfast.

Why does my skin look a little white after using Scotchgard™ OXY Spot & Stain Remover for Pets?
Scotchgard™ OXY Spot & Stain Remover for Pets contains hydrogen peroxide, which has a light bleaching effect on skin. Your skin will go back to normal within a day or so. You can avoid the effect, if you prefer, by wearing gloves while cleaning.
